Project Lead

As Project Lead at Colliers, you are the driving force that turns strategy into tangible results. You bring our internal disciplines together and ensure that projects run smoothly, from strategy to delivery. You are the central point of contact for both client and team and guarantees top-quality throughout the entire process within Design & Development / Occupier Services. With your input, we always deliver solutions that precisely fit the specific client request.

Your responsibilities as Project Lead:

• Serves as the central link between the client and disciplines within Occupier Services.
• Takes care of the entire trajectory from strategy to end product, with focus on quality, planning, and budget.
• Contributes to achieving team results on projects and the ambitions of the client.
• Maintains milestones within integrated projects and facilitates optimal collaboration between different specialisms.
• Creates trust and a pleasant cooperation for all involved parties, both internally and externally.
• Works closely with Business Development to ensure an optimal process and commercial opportunities.
• Sends early signals and reports when project objectives may not be achieved.
• Contributes to the development of project management plans and a uniform approach to sub-products that guarantee the quality of the final result.
• Responsible for the integrated commercial process at clients with an existing facture relationship.
