Help design, build and continuously improve the clients online platform
Research, suggest and implement new technology solutions following best practices/standards
Take responsibility for the resiliency and availability of different products

Requirements

Master’s degree in a relevant field such as Information Management, Computer Science, or Business Administration.
Minimum of 5 years’ experience in IT project management, preferably with a focus on AI deployment or digital transformation initiatives.
Proven experience in developing learning programs and managing AI or digital use case portfolios.
Familiarity with Agile methodologies; SAFe certification or experience is preferred.
Prior experience in a consulting environment is a plus.

Key Responsibilities:

Project Management
Lead the end-to-end delivery of the AI for IT Step-Up project, ensuring execution within a 3-month timeline.
Manage project scope, timelines, resources, and deliverables to achieve successful outcomes.
Metrics & Measurement
Define and implement KPIs and success metrics to measure progress, adoption, and impact of AI initiatives across IT.
Learning Pathways
Design and coordinate role-specific AI learning programs to build foundational literacy and practical skills across IT teams.
Use Case Portfolio Management
Identify, evaluate, and prioritize AI use cases relevant to IT operations and overall business value.
Build and maintain a portfolio of initiatives, ensuring alignment with strategic goals.
Roadmap Development
Create a detailed, actionable AI enablement roadmap, including timelines, dependencies, milestones, and resource planning.
Stakeholder Engagement
Collaborate with key stakeholders across IT and business units to ensure alignment, buy-in, and availability of resources.
Reporting & Communication
Provide regular updates to the Strategy and Innovation Manager, including progress reports, risk assessments, and key achievements.
Best Practice & Knowledge Sharing
Promote a culture of continuous learning and experimentation.
Document and share lessons learned and best practices to support future AI initiatives.
