The Role

As Project Launch Manager (all genders) you will oversee the nationwide launch of new Homaris Serviced Apartments until go-live. You are the driving force behind the project, allocating tasks and ensuring that all necessary steps are implemented on time. In this role, you will be the central interface between Real Estate Development, Hospitality, IT, and Digital Operations, working closely with other teams. You will prepare processes as well as service contracts for operational start.

About Homaris

• Flexible Working: 30 days' vacation, workation, and sabbatical option, hybrid working in the office and mobile, as well as flexible working hours with a sliding scale.
• Fair Remuneration: Depending on relevant professional experience, the annual salary ranges from gross EUR 48,000 to 60,000.

Your Tasks

• You will oversee the launch of new Homaris Serviced Apartments until go-live – punctually and operationally ready.
• You are the interface between Real Estate Development, Hospitality, IT, and Digital Operations.
• You translate requirements into clear processes, responsibilities, and to-dos.
• You plan, prioritize, and track progress using monday.com – and actively drive decisions and follow-ups.
• You build local teams/partner structures and accompany onboarding & training.
• You ensure that service providers, contracts, setups, tools, and resources are in place for the start.
• You coordinate readiness checks/acceptance tests and ensure a smooth handover to ongoing operations.

Your Profile

• You bring experience in project management or operational organization with you.
• You ideally have a connection to Hospitality, Real Estate, or Operations processes.
• You work structured, independently, and maintain an overview even in complex projects.
• You communicate clearly, reliably, and feel comfortable in a interface role.
• You can coordinate different stakeholders and drive decisions forward.
• You have a good understanding of operational workflows and entrepreneurial relationships.
• You approach topics proactively and find practical solutions for challenges quickly.
• You are willing to travel within Germany and be on site for projects and new openings.
• You master German (at least C1) and English (at least B2) fluently in speech and writing.
• You use digital tools with ease, recognize potential, and are enthusiastic about how AI can make your working life more efficient.
