Project Industrial Manager (PrIM) Responsibilities - During specification and preliminary design phases: - Set-up Industrial organization of the project: staffing, work package, tools. - Precise PIO (Project Industrial Organization) and DAMOB (Make or Buy strategy) - Coordinate co-engineering activities along with the PrEM.
