Project Finance Lead

Role Summary The Project Finance Management Lead will oversee the financial governance, controlling, and performance management of a large and complex project portfolio for a strategic business with annual turnover exceeding ₹4,000 crore. This leadership role requires strong project finance expertise, FP&A capability, commercial acumen, and the ability to partner effectively with business leaders and cross-functional teams. The individual will drive transparency, financial discipline, scenario planning, and stakeholder engagement to ensure successful project delivery. Key responsibilities include: • Developing and maintaining a comprehensive project portfolio management framework, including financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting. • Collaborating with project sponsors, stakeholders, and team members to identify and prioritize projects based on strategic objectives and business needs. • Providing expert financial guidance and support to project teams, ensuring compliance with organizational policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements. • Analyzing project performance data, identifying trends, and developing recommendations for process improvements and resource optimization. • Building strong relationships with key stakeholders, including project sponsors, business leaders, and cross-functional teams to ensure effective communication and collaboration. • Staying up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to continuously improve financial management capabilities and processes.
