Project Field Engineering Manager

Job Description: The Project Field Engineering Manager is responsible for overseeing all field engineering activities during the FEED and execution phases, ensuring design deliverables are properly translated into constructible solutions. The role acts as the link between engineering, procurement, and construction teams to resolve technical issues on-site and ensure compliance with project requirements. Key Responsibilities: Manage field engineering teams and coordinate with discipline engineers to ensure effective communication and collaboration. Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, contractors, and internal teams. Ensure that all field engineering activities are aligned with the project's overall objectives and scope. Coordinate with other departments to resolve technical issues and ensure compliance with project requirements. Provide technical guidance and support to field engineering teams as needed. Monitor and report on project progress, identifying potential risks and opportunities for improvement. Develop and implement processes and procedures to improve efficiency and effectiveness of field engineering activities. Ensure that all field engineering deliverables meet the required standards and are properly documented. Coordinate with other departments to ensure that all necessary resources and support are available to field engineering teams.
