Job description
Job Responsibilities: Manage and coordinate retail shop-fitting projects & office projects Prepare and manage project costing and budgeting Achieve and maintain standardization and corporate identity for all retail stores Prepare work instructions/orders and submit drawings to main contractors and architects Work and communicate with interior designers in Singapore for designing and renovation of retail stores Coordinate shipment for international orders Perform invoice and packing list for customers Provide support to the team on project execution and ensure timely completion of projects Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures Maintain accurate records and reports Prepare and present project status reports to management
