We're seeking a Project Estimator to join our Integrated Project Services team in a rapidly growing sector. Your main objective will be to provide advisory support to our project teams and clients by estimating construction costs and implementing diverse projects.

We offer a flexible hybrid work mode allowing you to work from your home and our Montreal office.

Main Responsibilities

• Participate in project meetings for estimation needs
• Develop estimates according to the revised UNIFORMAT II format, classes D to A
• Analyze plans and tenders to extract quantities
• Evaluate global costs: labor, materials, equipment, and resources
• Obtain prices from suppliers and analyze cost discrepancies
• Write the estimate basis (BOE) with senior estimator support
• Offer expert support to project teams on estimation issues
• Ensure coordination with internal and external stakeholders and consult technical experts as needed
• Conduct specific studies related to estimation and contribute to updating CIMA+'s price database.
