Office Location: Tai Seng Working Hours: - Monday to Friday: 8:30am to 6:00pm - Saturday: 8:30am to 12:00pm Salary & Benefits: - Basic Salary: Up to $6,000 (commensurate with experience) - Performance-related pay - Annual leave entitlement - Medical benefits Industry: Construction Sector – A&A / Building Works Job Responsibilities: - Check and analyse drawings, authority requirements, and tender specifications. - Inspect site installations to ensure compliance with design and standards. - Identify and report any deviations from the approved plans or specifications. - Coordinate with contractors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and services. - Monitor and control project progress, costs, and quality. - Ensure all work is carried out in accordance with relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.
