We are looking for a Project Engineer to join our team.

To be considered for this role you must have:

• AQF Associate Degree, Advanced Diploma or Diploma
• At least one year of relevant experience in a similar role

Your main duties include:

• Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to solve complex engineering challenges, integrating client requirements into actionable design and drafting solutions.
• Participate in the development of customized design solutions tailored to project requirements.
• Producing accurate technical drawings, schematics, and documentation to support engineering and design solutions in alignment with project requirements.
• Assist in creating documentation, calculations, and reports for client and authority approvals.
• Standardizing component and structural designs, templates, and documentation to improve project turnaround times and consistency.
• Lead teams in component selection, sizing, and detailing, enhancing project delivery, quality, and client satisfaction.
• Planning, coordinating, and implementing engineering projects, including process improvements and workflow optimization, resulting in increased efficiency and reduced costs.
• Developing prototypes and systematic approaches to minimize errors, reduce rework, and optimize material use in engineering projects.
• Coordinating with operational and site teams to streamline assembly, construction, and implementation workflows.
• Ensuring compliance with safety protocols, engineering standards, and quality requirements, contributing to zero-incident performance.
• Contribute to process improvements in drafting, design verification, and project workflows.
