Project Engineer Operations

What will you do?

You will realize improvement projects in accordance with ISO 13485 and MDR, and analyze quality data, customer feedback, and audits to identify opportunities for improvement. You will take ownership, connect disciplines, and manage project teams.

You will be responsible for the implementation of new products and product improvements, as well as for evaluating and validating materials and production methods, together with suppliers and internal stakeholders.

Who are we looking for?

• HBO (Higher Professional Education) work and thinking level, preferably in a technical or medical field;
• Experience with product development, implementation, and optimization;
• Demonstrated experience with project-based work and team management;
• Experience with Lean, Six Sigma, and/or FMEA is a plus;
• Knowledge of MDR and ISO 13485 is a plus;
• Communicative skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with various stakeholders;
• Accurate, structured, and strong in documentation and compliance.
