Project Engineer

Location: Perinchery, Thrissur (Preference: within 20 km; others from Kerala/India may also apply)

Salary: ₹35,000 – ₹45,000 + Performance Incentives for timely villa completion within budget.

We are hiring a Project Engineer to lead and coordinate the construction of premium villas (21 in total) across 130 cents.

Key Responsibilities
• Complete 5 villas (ongoing) by Dec 2025.
• Commence 7 new villas within 2 months, finish in 6–7 months.
• Manage up to 10 villas at a time with proper planning & coordination.
• Coordinate with contractors, arrange labour & ensure project progress.
• Deliver maximum quality at minimum cost.
• Handle clients, interiors, landscaping, lighting & extra works.
• Manage site cash, petty expenses & reports with full accountability.


Requirements
Skills & Qualifications
• B.Tech / Diploma in Civil Engineering.
• 5+ years experience in villas/apartments/residential projects.
• Strong knowledge of structures, finishes, landscaping, interiors & lighting.
• Must be result-oriented, accountable & committed.
• Excellent planning, contractor management & client handling skills.
