Project Engineer Engineering & BIM

Job description

As Project Engineer engineering BIM/BIM modeler, you will support projects from preparation to delivery. You think critically about what is technically and practically feasible, and translate this into clear models, plans, and coordination.

3D (and 4D, 5D, 6D) BIM models build in Revit with attention to detail and technical accuracy.
Quality control and coordination of BIM models (clash controls, integration of disciplines, etc.).
Work preparation plans prepare (placement crane, closing, ...).
Finding errors before they become reality (detecting if a ramp has sufficient height).
Preparation: determine the right materials, check quantities, align with suppliers.
Request permits (such as environmental permits, camera placement, utility installations).
Use of drones or 360° cameras to document and analyze project progress and quality on site.
Bundling all plans into one comprehensive overview and aligning with execution.
