Project Engineer Engineering & BIM

As Project Engineer engineering BIM/BIM modeler, you will support projects from preparation to delivery. You think critically about what is technically and practically feasible, and translate this into clear models, plans, and coordination.

• 3D (and 4D, 5D, 6D) BIM models build in Revit with attention to detail and technical accuracy.

• Quality control and coordination of BIM models (clash controls, integration of disciplines, etc.).

• Work preparation plans prepare (placement crane, closing, ...).

• Finding errors before they become reality (detecting if a ramp has sufficient height).

• Preparation: determine the right materials, check quantities, align with suppliers.

• Request permits (such as environmental permits, camera placement, utility installations).

• Use of drones or 360° cameras to document and analyze project progress and quality on site.

• Bundling all plans into one comprehensive overview and aligning with execution.
