Project Engineer & Cost Analysis

ALTEN México is seeking a Project Engineer and Cost Analyst to join our multidisciplinary team. We are looking for a proactive and analytical professional, able to contribute to our engineering and cost optimization initiatives in the food sector. This role is crucial to ensure that our projects develop within the established parameters of cost and time, and to provide recommendations that improve efficiency in project execution.

Responsibilities:

• Planning and tracking of projects, ensuring compliance with deadlines and budgets.
• Conducting cost analysis and financial projections for new projects.
• Evaluating and improving processes to optimize costs and resources.
• Collaboration with other departments to ensure the technical and financial viability of projects.
• Presentation of progress reports and results to senior management.

Requirements

Requirements:

• Degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electronics or related fields.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in cost analysis and project management.
• Knowledge of project management tools and financial analysis software.
• Effective communication skills and teamwork abilities.
• Oriented towards results and strong analytical capacity.
• Advanced Excel
• Deseable experience in the food sector
• Power Bi desirable
