Responsibilities: • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure project timelines are met and deliverables are achieved. • Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and budgets in collaboration with stakeholders. • Identify and mitigate potential risks and issues that may impact project success. • Collaborate with engineers and other technical professionals to design, develop, and implement innovative solutions. • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements. • Provide exceptional customer service by responding promptly to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely manner. • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to continuously improve processes and deliver results. • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field; Master's degree preferred. • 3+ years of experience in engineering coordination, project management, or a related field. • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). • Familiarity with project management tools and software (e.g., Asana, Trello, MS Project). • Certification in project management (PMP) or engineering coordination is a plus. • We offer a competitive salary, comprehensive benefits package, and opportunities for professional growth and development.
