With the aim of expanding the Information Systems Directorate, we are looking for a:


Project Engineer

The resource will be responsible for maintaining our standards of excellence and for the realization of projects with the utmost attention to the security and quality of the IT infrastructures released.

Role Objectives:
• Maximize project efficiency and profitability.
• Determine project specifications and manage the procurement process for infrastructure suppliers necessary for completion.
• Develop the scope and parameters for project design and implementation.
• Identify project responsibilities, delegating phases and elements to appropriate personnel.
• Develop and control the entire project plan lifecycle.

Activities:
• Establish project objectives, procedures, data collection methods, and performance standards within the parameters of company policy.
• Create and manage test phases for monitoring infrastructural performance related to project release.
• Work closely with all stakeholders to ensure compliance with requirements.
• Supervise budgets, project scheduling, and report to the project manager on progress and issues that could significantly impact costs or timelines.
• Manage compliance with standards and specifications for quality control and assurance.

Requirements:
• Five years of experience in managing and realizing projects in the field of infrastructural engineering (scope, plans, costs, quality).
• Strong operational expertise in On-premise, Azure Cloud, and Oracle Cloud infrastructures.
• Understanding and knowledge of cloud security principles, networking, data protection, business continuity, and cost optimization.
• Understanding and knowledge of compliance guidelines and practices for infrastructure quality assurance.
• Excellent knowledge of Azure cloud services architecture and practical experience in creating solutions with a focus on:
Azure Databricks and Mosaic, AKS, Azure Data Factory, Azure SQL DB and NoSQL databases (Cosmos DB, Neo4j), Azure DataLake Storage.
• Strong operational knowledge of Middleware and Database infrastructures (preference for Oracle)
• Experience in designing and developing complex hybrid infrastructures.
Plus:
Degree in Engineering or related fields.
Knowledge of project management methodologies (Prince2, Agile Scrum, PMP).
Knowledge of the COBIT methodology.

What We Offer:

Contract, Classification, and Compensation: CCNL del Credito (National Collective Bargaining Agreement for the Credit Sector), Permanent Contract, Reference Gross Annual Salary €65,000 – €75,000. The classification level and remuneration will be commensurate with experience and acquired skills.
