Project Engineer (ACMV/Energy Solutions/North)

Responsibilities: Manage and oversee projects related to Air Conditioning and Mechanical Ventilation (ACMV) systems. Coordinate with clients, architects, suppliers, and subcontractors to ensure successful project execution. Review and analyze project requirements and design specifications. Provide technical expertise and support in the selection and procurement of ACMV equipment and systems. Create detailed design drawings using AutoCAD software. Prepare project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation plans. Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve project goals. Develop and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders. Identify and mitigate potential risks and issues. Monitor and control project progress, costs, and quality. Provide technical support and guidance to team members. Conduct site visits and inspections to ensure compliance with design specifications and regulatory requirements. Prepare and present project reports and status updates. Ensure timely and within-budget project delivery.
