Project Documentation Intern

At China Three Gorges Europe we are looking for a Project Documentation Intern to join our Greenfield & Operation Department and support our mission of powering the world with renewable energy. In this role, you will learn and assist in different tasks: Assist in organizing, classifying, and archiving project documentation, including technical documents, contracts and correspondence, etc. Maintain project document registers and filling systems in accordance with the company and project requirements. Ensure that all project documentation is properly stored, easily accessible and up-to-date. Collaborate with colleagues to ensure consistency and quality of project documentation. Develop and maintain a comprehensive project documentation system that meets the needs of the department and stakeholders. Provide support to the team by preparing reports, presentations and other documents as required.
