This includes developing project plans, setting goals and objectives, and ensuring timely and within-budget delivery. The Project Director is responsible for managing project teams, including hiring, training, and mentoring staff. They also ensure that all project activities are aligned with IREX's strategic priorities and that the organization's values are upheld. Key Responsibilities • Develop and implement project plans, including setting goals and objectives, timelines, and budgets. • Provide technical leadership to project teams, ensuring effective collaboration and communication among team members. • Manage project teams, including hiring, training, and mentoring staff. • Ensure timely and within-budget delivery of projects. • Monitor and report on project progress, identifying and addressing any issues or challenges that arise. • Collaborate with other departments and stakeholders to ensure alignment with IREX's strategic priorities. • Foster a culture of innovation, creativity, and continuous learning within the project team.
