WHAT DOES A PROJECT DIRECTOR DO ?

You will perform administrative and technical tasks necessary for the smooth running of the construction site, paying particular attention to customer satisfaction and respect for deadlines, budgets, and expected quality of execution.

HERE ARE YOUR MAIN TASKS :

Lead the team assigned to your projects;

Plan logistics and coordinate activities with professionals;

Prepare, launch, and manage tenders;

Negotiate and award subcontracting contracts;

Communicate effectively with clients, professionals, and subcontractors;

Ensure administrative follow-up of the construction site;

Participate in project meetings;

Update project schedules;

Ensure technical document updates;

Manage requests for modifications from suppliers and clients;

Ensure respect for good health and safety practices on construction sites;

Define items for cost tracking and accounting;

Ensure project completion delivery and obtain final client acceptance.
