Project Director

As a Project Director, you are responsible for executing major capital projects which includes Pre-FEED, FEED and Detailed Engineering and PMC Services.

• Assure safe project execution
• Delivers to client's satisfaction and contractual requirements
• Accountable for project cost performance and accounts receivable
• Serves a prime point of contact between the client and company
• Assures the project execution is in accordance with policies, procedures and systems
• Manages and coordinates project leadership personnel
• Supports Business Development and proposals for new opportunities
• Responsible for all contracts in their program of works
• Use and share best practice among the PMs
• Negotiate changes with client
• Plan the project execution and revises the plan as necessary and assures adherence to the plan
• Mange and communicate to the stakeholders
• Lead the project management team and responsible for the successful completion of the project
• Maintain and promote Company's Values
• Project Delivery to QMS
• Forecast workload ensuring deployment of sufficient resources
• Manage Saudization targets, identify and support training requirements

• Degree in Engineering
• Min. 20 years experience in oil and gas industry holding similar roles.
• Proven experience in the management of engineering and procurement projects (EPC)
• Must have strong knowledge of major capital projects and portfolio
• Experiences in both greenfield and brownfield projects
• Proven experience in the Middle East especially in Saudi Arabia
• Strong financial and commercial understanding of projects
• Good leadership
• Able to work in multi-cultural environment
• Ability to drive and make decision
• Willing to base in Saudi Arabia
