Project Director

Airswift is looking for a Project Director to work on a permanent contract in Ciudad del Carmen, Campeche, Mexico, with a drilling services company. Responsible for ensuring the efficient and safe development of operations at the facilities, strictly complying with safety standards and standard operating procedures. Leads the planning and supervision of preventive and corrective maintenance activities on equipment and facilities. Collaborates with senior management in defining short-, medium-, and long-term goals and objectives, as well as developing strategies to achieve them. Develops and implements policies, procedures, and programs to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry best practices. Provides guidance and support to team members, ensuring effective communication and collaboration among all stakeholders. Conducts regular audits and inspections to verify compliance with safety standards and standard operating procedures. Identifies and mitigates potential risks and hazards, implementing corrective actions as necessary. Develops and manages budgets for operations and capital projects, ensuring efficient use of resources. Provides technical guidance and support to team members on equipment maintenance and repair activities. Ensures that all work is performed in accordance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
