Tasks

• You create project baselines, risk registers, and budget plans and analyze costs and risks to improve efficiency and performance.
• You track ongoing costs, create forecasts, recognize deviations, and present KPIs, cost reports, and earned-value metrics transparently.
• You support audits, synchronize with the scheduler, and actively participate in project meetings to ensure smooth teamwork.
• You are the central contact person for internal and external stakeholders, resolves complex questions, and works closely with all project areas together.

Qualification

• Master's degree in Project Management, Engineering, Business Administration, Finance, or a related technical field.
• 5-10 years of experience in project cost control in the energy sector, preferably at projects with an annual turnover of over 30 million USD.
• Experience in areas such as scheduling, risk management, contract management, or change control is advantageous.
• Fundamental knowledge in project reporting, cost and engineering controlling.
• Knowledge of systems like SAP, Business Intelligence, Microsoft Project, and Excel.
• Fluent German, English, or French language skills.
