The Professional Conference Organisation (PCO) division of a well-known global events agency is growing and looking for a new Project Coordinator to join their team. The Role : This role is ideal for someone looking to expand their career within the PCO or association events sector, while gaining exposure to international best practice and high-profile clients. You’ll play a pivotal role in the successful planning and delivery of large-scale conferences, congresses, trade shows, and association meetings. Your responsibilities will include: • Coordinating with internal stakeholders, including event managers, suppliers, and vendors; • Developing and maintaining project plans, timelines, and budgets; • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of events; • Providing exceptional customer service to clients and attendees; • Ensuring compliance with company policies, procedures, and industry standards.
