As a project coordinator in preconstruction for our Hambro products, you will play a key role in analyzing and modeling preliminary building designs. You will work closely with our business development team to propose solutions tailored to the needs of our clients, relying on your technical skills and ability to clearly illustrate concepts using preliminary sketches and 3D models.

Your daily routine? Optimizing preliminary design with estimation and engineering teams, coordinating exchanges with architects, consultants, and client representatives, and ensuring each project starts on solid ground. Your technical eye and understanding of design will be useful for proposing added-value elements and finding solutions adapted to projects. You will also participate in the project estimation process for multi-residential projects with the team in place.
