Project Coordinator, Junior Executive (Machinery/Mechanical/West)

Responsibilities: Coordinate and execute mechanical service projects to ensure timely completion and customer satisfaction. Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to gather project requirements and specifications. Develop project plans and schedules, and monitor progress. Manage project budgeting and cost control. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards. Provide technical support and troubleshooting for project-related issues. Prepare project documentation and reports. Conduct site visits and inspections to ensure projects are being executed in accordance with plans and specifications. Identify and mitigate potential risks and issues. Develop and maintain relationships with stakeholders, including customers, vendors, and internal teams.
