Project Coordinator

Our client is a highly respected property consultancy, specialising in the development and delivery of commercial property projects. With deep expertise across all phases of the property investment and development cycle, they act as trusted advisors to property owners and investors who require strategic guidance and client-side project management. The Role As Project Coordinator, you will provide essential support to the development and delivery team. This role is responsible for coordinating documents, tracking progress, and ensuring timely completion of projects. You will work closely with the development and delivery team to ensure that all projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards. Key Responsibilities Include: * Coordinating project documentation, including project plans, schedules, and reports; * Tracking project progress and identifying potential issues or delays; * Ensuring timely completion of projects and delivering results in accordance with agreed-upon timelines; * Collaborating with the development and delivery team to ensure effective communication and coordination throughout the project lifecycle; * Providing administrative support as required. Requirements: * 2+ years of experience in a similar role, preferably within the property or construction industry; * Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively; * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues, clients, and stakeholders; * Ability to work independently and as part of a team; * Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
