Project Coordinator - Graduate Engineer

About the Role We’re seeking a motivated Project Coordinator / Graduate Engineer to join our growing team in steel fabrication and construction. This is a hands-on role where you’ll be involved in coordinating workshop operations, supporting project delivery, and working closely with experienced leaders across fabrication, design, and construction. Whether you’re an emerging engineer or an experienced coordinator, this role offers real exposure to complex fabrication projects, site coordination, and collaboration with cross-functional teams. You will have the opportunity to develop your skills and knowledge in a dynamic environment, working on a wide range of projects from concept to completion. Your responsibilities will include: • Coordinating workshop operations, including scheduling, planning, and monitoring production; • Supporting project delivery by providing administrative assistance, data entry, and document control; • Collaborating with experienced leaders across fabrication, design, and construction to ensure effective communication and coordination; • Developing and maintaining relationships with internal stakeholders, including engineers, designers, and construction teams; • Providing technical support to the team as required.
