Project Coordinator (Fire Protection/Marine/Oil & Gas)

Responsibilities: * Assist in the coordination and execution of fire protection projects in the marine and oil & gas industries. * Coordinate with internal teams, clients, and subcontractors to ensure smooth project operations. * Prepare project documentation, including proposals, schedules, and progress reports. * Monitor project progress, budget, and resource allocation. * Perform quality control inspections to ensure compliance with specifications and standards. * Manage project changes and resolve any issues that arise. * Assist in the procurement of materials and equipment. * Maintain project records and documentation. * Communicate project status to stakeholders. * Ensure projects are completed on time and within budget. * Adhere to safety regulations and company policies. Qualifications: * Bachelor's degree in engineering, construction management, or a related field (preferred). * Proven experience in project coordination, preferably within the fire protection, marine, or oil & gas industries. * Strong organizational and time management skills. * Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. * Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite. * Knowledge of fire protection systems and relevant codes and standards. * Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications. * Ability to work independently and as part of a team. * Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills. * Valid driver's license.
