The Customer Support department is the link between our clients in the Netherlands and abroad, account managers, various laboratories, and our own transport service. You are the indispensable link between different client segments and the services we provide.

What will you do in this role:

As a Project Coördination employee, you are responsible for realizing optimal service delivery to clients of Eurofins Environment Testing.

You will work together with your colleagues to achieve the goal of unburdening customers and advise them on topics such as our digital portal, analysis packages, pricing, and logistics services.

Furthermore, you are responsible for handling and processing all incoming questions and comments, correct handling of complaints within the set timeframe, reporting and logging in the CRM system, performing general administrative tasks, and contributing to improving Customer Support. You will be able to apply your chemical expertise and analytical thinking to become a thorough sparring partner for the lab and research opportunities that can be concretely translated into our clients.

In short: you are the face and voice of Eurofins for the client and during the process, you are the first point of contact for the client, various laboratories, and sales.
