Project Coordinator/ Engineer (O&G/Marine/Fire Protection)

Responsibilities: Assist in the coordination and execution of fire protection projects in the marine and oil & gas industries. Coordinate with internal teams, clients, and subcontractors to ensure smooth project operations. Prepare project documentation, including proposals, schedules, and progress reports. Monitor project progress, budget, and resource allocation. Perform quality control inspections to ensure compliance with specifications and standards. Manage project changes and resolve any issues that may arise during the execution of projects. Ensure that all projects are completed in accordance with the company's policies and procedures. Develop and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders to ensure their needs are met and expectations are exceeded. Provide technical support and guidance to team members as needed. Identify and mitigate potential risks and opportunities for improvement within projects. Coordinate with other departments, such as engineering, procurement, and construction, to ensure that all aspects of a project are properly executed. Ensure that all projects are completed in accordance with the company's policies and procedures.
