Project Coordinator

Job Description We are looking for a detail-oriented Project Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you’ll work closely with the Project Manager and Superintendent to support the successful execution of assigned projects. You will play a key part in coordinating documentation, maintaining project controls, and ensuring compliance with codes and standards. What you’ll do: Organize, track, and manage project documentation, including meeting minutes, Change Orders/Site Instructions, Owner’s Instructions, and other relevant documents. Ensure that all project documentation is accurate, complete, and up-to-date. Coordinate with the Project Manager and Superintendent to ensure that all project-related information is properly recorded and reported. Maintain project controls, including tracking and reporting project progress, identifying and addressing potential issues, and ensuring compliance with codes and standards.
