Project Coordinator/ Associate (Fire Protection/West)

Responsibilities: Assist in the coordination and execution of fire protection projects in the marine and oil & gas industries. Coordinate with internal teams, clients, and subcontractors to ensure smooth project operations. Prepare project documentation, including proposals, schedules, and progress reports. Monitor project progress, budget, and resource allocation. Perform quality control inspections to ensure compliance with specifications and standards. Manage project changes and resolve any issues that may arise. Ensure all projects are completed in accordance with company policies and procedures. Develop and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders to ensure long-term business opportunities. Provide support to the team as needed.
