Project Controls - Scheduler

TYLIN is seeking a Scheduler to join our Rail and Transportation team. In this role, you will develop, manage, and maintain project schedules to ensure the successful delivery of large-scale infrastructure projects. Working closely with project managers, engineers, and stakeholders, you will provide accurate schedule updates, analyze progress, and identify risks to keep projects on track. Your responsibilities will include: • Developing, managing, and maintaining project schedules using Primavera P6 or other scheduling tools; • Collaborating with project managers, engineers, and stakeholders to ensure accurate schedule updates and identify potential risks; • Analyzing progress against project milestones and identifying opportunities for improvement; • Providing regular schedule updates to project teams and stakeholders; • Identifying and mitigating potential risks that could impact project timelines or budgets; • Developing and maintaining project dashboards and reports to track progress and performance. Requirements: • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field; • 3+ years of experience in scheduling for large-scale infrastructure projects; • Proficiency in Primavera P6 or other scheduling tools; • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities.
