Job Description As Project Controlling Manager , you play a pivotal role in driving financial performance and transparency across Movu Robotics’ global project portfolio. You ensure sound financial control, accurate forecasting, and clear reporting, acting as a trusted business partner to Project Management and Operations. Combining strong analytical insight with hands-on leadership, you help build a scalable, high-performance project controlling function within a fast-growing industrial automation company. Your key responsibilities will include: • Developing and maintaining comprehensive financial reports for senior management and stakeholders. • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize projects based on strategic business objectives. • Analyzing and interpreting complex financial data to inform project decisions and optimize resource allocation. • Designing and implementing process improvements to enhance project efficiency, reduce costs, and improve profitability. • Building strong relationships with stakeholders to ensure effective communication and collaboration. • Providing expert guidance on financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting to project managers and teams. • Identifying and mitigating potential risks and opportunities for improvement across the project portfolio. Requirements: • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field. • 5+ years of experience in project controlling, financial planning, or a related field. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders. • Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple priorities and deadlines. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel. • Familiarity with project management tools and software (e.g., Asana, Trello).
