Job description
Are you passionate about project control, data analysis, and information governance? We are looking for someone who ensures the integrity, traceability, and visibility of project information, supporting data-driven decision-making in a high operational demand environment.
What you will do:
- Consolidate information from Infrastructure, Construction, Management, and Operations, keeping the corporate Source of Truth updated.
- Track physical progress, schedule, costs, and commitment dates (including COD).
- Detect deviations and generate early warnings through CPI and SPI indicators.
- Prepare reports and dashboards for committees and executive reviews. Participate in the continuous improvement of the Project Control methodology and automation initiatives.
- Who you will collaborate with: Project Control Management, Sr. Project Controller, Project Control Specialist, Project Managers, Infrastructure, Construction, Management, Operations, Finance, Procurement, and Legal.
What we are looking for:
- Industrial Engineering, Civil Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, Project Management, Finance, Actuarial Science, or a related field.
- 3 to 5 years of experience in Project Controls, planning and tracking, cost/schedule control, executive reporting, infrastructure, construction, or data management.
- Advanced Excel (essential); Power BI, Power Query, Power Automate, and basic SQL are valued.
- Desirable: PMP, CAPM, or Power BI certification.
- Analytical thinking, data orientation, executive communication, and operational discipline.
- Role location: Naucalpan 100% in-person.
