Project controller

Job description

Advise the Project Manager on planning, budgeting, and overall project performance. Work with the project team to define and validate the baseline for scope, time, and cost. Develop a Work Breakdown Structure (WBS) and determine all contractual deliverables. Create and maintain a detailed project schedule based on the WBS, ensuring all activities are well aligned. Load and track project costs within the planning tool to ensure accurate cost management. Prepare progress reports for both internal and external stakeholders. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
