Project Analyst

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Project Analyst to join our Global Markets Technology & Operations team. This contract role is ideal for candidates with foundational experience in project coordination or business analysis, who are eager to grow within a dynamic financial environment. The successful candidate will support the delivery of strategic initiatives across Global Markets, with a key focus on Software Delivery Methodology 5.0 compliance and project execution support. Key responsibilities include: • Coordinating project activities and ensuring timely completion; • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver projects; • Developing and maintaining project documentation; • Providing analytical support for project planning and monitoring; • Identifying and mitigating risks associated with project execution; • Ensuring compliance with Software Delivery Methodology 5.0 guidelines. Requirements: • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., business administration, computer science, or related field); • At least 1-2 years of experience in project coordination or business analysis; • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment; • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
