DESCRIPTION

• Analyze current processes and identify improvement areas.
• Keep track and provide support to Key Users, creating process optimization proposals.
• Create reports of the progress for identified processes and potential ideas.
• Collect and analyze the information of every identified process.
• Create presentations and protocols.
• Administration, tracking, analyzing and documenting the processes.
• Analyze the information of different internal systems and follow up of the processes with the areas that are involved.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s Degree in Automotive Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or similar.
• 6+ months of experience working in project administration for the automotive industry.
• Basic knowledge of car engineering.
• Knowledge of KPI presentation.
• Experience in data analysis.
• Experience preparing presentations.​
• Fluent English (Conversational level)
• German (desirable)
