Plan and manage key activities for electric motor projects, ensuring deadlines are met through supplier coordination and validation plans. Establish electrical/electronic requirements files, define algorithms for battery/motor control, and oversee component obsolescence management. Supervise industrialization of electric propulsion systems, including testing and validation. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project deliverables meet customer expectations. Develop and maintain project documentation, ensuring compliance with company standards. Identify and mitigate risks associated with project scope, timeline, and budget.
