WHAT YOU BRING

• Completed commercial training with relevant professional experience or a completed degree
• Multiple years of experience in project accounting, project-related accounting, or sales support, ideally in an international environment for complex and long-term industrial projects
• Excellent understanding of contract structures, payment plans, milestone logic, and financial representation of project-related facts
• Secure knowledge of accounting and experience with VAT requirements for international invoices
• Proficient handling of ERP systems and reporting tools, as well as a strong analytical strength and high numerical affinity
• Structured, independent, and solution-oriented work style with high responsibility and accuracy
• International communication skills and sovereign, assertive, and diplomatic demeanor towards management, customers, and cross-functional stakeholders
• Fluent German and English skills in spoken and written form

• Responsibility for the financial processing of complex, international solar tracker projects, including the creation of all customer invoices and audit-ready documentation according to contractual milestones
• Ensuring a transparent, correct, and timely accounting process, including the review of contractual payment plans and proactive clarification of accounting-relevant questions
• Active cash flow and accounts receivable management with timely invoicing and monitoring of incoming payments
• Effective stakeholder management with Sales, Legal, and Project Management to address deviations early and ensure a smooth processing of all payment and accounting processes
• Communication and clarification of financial questions on an operational level with management and international customers, including transparent presentation of relevant project KPIs, cash flow information, and risk assessments
• Active participation in process and tool optimizations and further digitalization by identifying potential, formulating requirements, and supporting as a key user
