Tasks:

• Leadership of strategic projects (multi-project management) in the field of military space utilization beyond IABG borders - Steering customer projects regarding Time-Cost-Quality within the scope of project leadership for strategically important customer projects and subordinate employees - Responsible interface function as a point of contact for the care of military customers - Understanding of customer needs in the field of military space utilization Exploration of the customer network and maintenance of customer contacts - Expansion of the performance portfolio, acquisition of pilot projects, development of specific customer solutions - Collaboration with customers and continuous further development of the business strategy for the themed performance portfolio in close exchange with other sales representatives and with consequent market orientation - Taking over the bridging function between sales and internal competence areas as well as promoting internal growth in understanding and expertise for the theme field and making a significant contribution to the overall understanding of the IABG area - Creation of business plans including evaluation of technical feasibility and financial viability - Further development of the business strategy in the theme field, as well as participation in expanding the IABG portfolio, market analysis for generating new performance elements of IABG in conjunction with other experts - Participation in project control, coordination of offer preparation and follow-up

Qualifications:

• SUCCESSFUL completion of a degree in the field of Electrical Engineering, Telecommunications, preferably Ph.D. or equivalent - Several years of methodically deepened project experience in the field of military space utilization - Funded knowledge of military processes at different levels, an appropriate military background would be ideal - Willingness to familiarize yourself with new theme fields and continuously develop these contents - Comprehensive communication and presentation skills as well as a customer-oriented, service-oriented appearance - Outstanding structuring ability and goal orientation, as well as analytical thinking and abstraction capabilities - Willingness to occasional travel (mainly domestic, occasionally abroad) - Willingness to business trips - Verhandlungssichere German and very good English knowledge
