Your Tasks

Program, Market & Target Group

• Co-development and further development of the CINNA Program with a view to target group, market potential, and brand alignment
• Evaluation of titles and projects regarding relevance, positioning, and marketing feasibility
• Building and maintenance of a stable network to partners and licensors
• Support in Title Acquisition and content profiling of the program
• Ongoing monitoring of national and international trends, tropes, target group behavior, and market movements in the area of Dark Romance
• Incorporating genre understanding and community proximity into program development, theme selection, and brand development
• Early identification of materials and themes with special potential for CINNA
• Ensuring that program, brand image, tone, and marketing are closely aligned

Brand & Campaign

• Responsibility for the brand-appropriate further development of CINNA
• Maintenance and further development of Brand Guidelines (Tone of Voice, Visual Identity, Messaging Framework)
• Development of campaigns, theme worlds, and communication concepts for both brands
• Go-to-Market planning for book publications, shop actions, and community highlights as an independent process (Teaser, Launch, Long-Tail)
• Campaign work within predetermined budget frameworks
• Translation of brand, target group, and product range into clear storylines, themes, and content focal points
• Conceptual guidance of social media activities through campaign planning, briefings, and content guidelines
• Fachliches Sparring and guidance of Social Media Managers regarding themes, concepts, and implementation direction
• Tight cooperation with Performance Marketing and Influencer/Blogger Management
• Ensuring consistent, differentiated, and brand-appropriate communication for both brands

Your Profile

• Multiple years of experience in the field of Brand Management, Campaign Planning, Publishing, Program Development, or title-related marketing
• Strong sense of brand, target group, storytelling, and positioning
• Experience in developing campaigns, theme worlds, and communication concepts
• Solid understanding of social media logics and cross-channel marketing
• Strong understanding of the genre Dark Romance and Dark Fantasy, as well as the dynamics and needs of the target group
• Sense for materials, trends, tropes, and themes with potential for brand and program
• Able to combine program, brand, and marketing perspectives
• Structured, self-responsible working style and good prioritization skills
• Able to guide Social Media Managers professionally regarding campaigns, themes, and concepts
• Solid sense of tone, positioning, and the further development of a clear brand identity
