Complori inspires children and young people to engage with programming, AI, and digital future topics. Teaching takes place in small live online courses on complori – our platform for courses, mentoring, and tutoring.

You will turn an online group session into an experience that children look forward to every week.

Your Tasks

• You will teach children and young people (7–16 years old) live online in small groups – from Scratch, Python, and web development to AI basics.

• You will take on fixed weekly course slots for a duration of 6–12 months (60 minutes each).

• You will work with prepared teaching materials and lesson plans – you do not have to create the concepts yourself.

• You will provide individual support to the children, give feedback, and briefly document their learning progress.

• You will contribute your observations from teaching and help us further develop materials and didactics.

Your Profile

• You are enrolled (working student status), preferably in a STEM-related field from the 2nd semester onwards.

• You have a good command of the basics of at least one programming language – Python preferred; experience with Scratch, JavaScript, or Unity is a plus.

• You enjoy working with children. Experience from tutoring, holiday camps, youth work, sports clubs, or music schools is explicitly welcome.

• You are available at least 12 hours per week (max. 20 hours/week) within the timeframe of 4:00 PM–7:30 PM – and reliable throughout the entire course duration. Up to 20 hours per week are possible during the lecture period, and more upon request during semester breaks.

• You speak German at C2 level.

• You have a stable internet connection, a laptop with a camera and microphone, and a quiet, undisturbed workspace for the course times.

• You will provide an extended police clearance certificate before your first course and sign our code of conduct for child and youth protection.

What We Offer You

• €15.00 gross per hour – onboarding, training, and 20 minutes of preparation/follow-up are compensated.

• 20 days of paid vacation per calendar year (based on a 5-day week, pro-rata according to your hours).

• 100% remote and flexibly plannable: You decide before each course series how many courses you will take on.
