Program, set up, and start up CNC lathes, including Schaublin 302 and 102. Program, set up, and start up CNC milling machines, including types Kern, Fehlmann, and Haas. Program machines on different CNC programming languages. During production launch, assist in setting up the production line, ensuring that all equipment is properly installed and functioning. Ensure compliance with quality standards and regulations. Perform routine maintenance tasks to ensure optimal machine performance. Collaborate with the production team to optimize processes and improve productivity. Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to reduce waste and increase efficiency. Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of CNC programming languages, including G-code and M-code. Stay up-to-date with industry developments and advancements in CNC machining technology.
