CNC Programmer-Setter

For our client, a family-owned manufacturing company based in La Chaux-de-Fonds, we are looking for talented individuals for the role of:

CNC Programmer-Setter (M/F)

Your Responsibilities

• Program parts on Alphacam, for 3 and 5-axis machining
• Take charge of setting, startup, and machining on CNC lathes and milling machines (Bumotec S191, Robodrill, W408S2, Fanuc controls)
• Ensure the conformity of each part using the available control tools (including Marcel-Aubert, micrometer)
• Contribute to team versatility and commit fully to achieving quality, performance, and deadline objectives

Your Profile

• You have a background in precision mechanics, micro-mechanics, or an equivalent qualification
• You have several years of experience in the watchmaking industry
• You are proficient in CAM programming
• You are autonomous in setting, startup, and programming on CNC machines, particularly Robodrill and/or Bumotec S191 types
• You are comfortable reading technical drawings and using standard measuring instruments
• You are organized, precise, and proactive; you enjoy teamwork and adopt a solution-oriented approach
