About the role

We are seeking a skilled and relationship-driven Programme Manager to lead our IT project portfolio and deliver technology-related change across the firm.

In this role, you will oversee projects from planning to execution, and build project delivery capability within the IT team. This is a rewarding opportunity for someone who enjoys a blend of strategic programme leadership and hands-on delivery, and who thrives in a collaborative, high performing environment.

Key accountabilities:

  • Management of all IT projects, including project planning, governance, stakeholder engagement, change management, and communications.
  • Deliver smaller projects end-to-end, ensuring they are completed on time and to a high standard.
  • Coach and upskill IT team members on project delivery best practise.
  • Asset management of employee's IT resources.
  • Maintaining the IT contract database.
  • Provide people leadership of the IT Trainer and Systems Analyst, fostering a culture of growth, collaboration, and excellence.

About you

We're looking for someone who builds strong relationships, communicates with confidence, and thrives in a dynamic environment. You will also bring:

  • 4+ years' experience in a project management or change management roles.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to balance multiple priorities.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to influence and engage at all levels.
  • Proven stakeholder management capability.
  • A proactive mindset, strong attention to detail, and a commitment to client service.
  • Proactive approach and a 'can do' attitude
  • Experience in a professional services environment (preferred, not essential)
