Programme Manager - PR Architect

Job description

Hire Resolve is seeking a talented and experienced Programme Manager - PR Architect to join our client's team in Cape Town. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in managing architectural projects from conception through to execution. This position requires strong project management skills, a deep understanding of architectural principles, and the ability to coordinate with various stakeholders to deliver on time and within budget.

Responsibilities:

Overseeing the entire architectural project lifecycle.
Collaborating with clients, engineers, and contractors to meet project objectives.
Managing project scope, schedule, and cost effectively.
Conducting feasibility studies and site assessments.
Developing and managing project timelines and budgets.
Ensuring compliance with relevant legislation and standards.
Leading project teams and facilitating effective communication.
Preparing and delivering presentations to stakeholders.
Mentoring junior architects and team members.

Requirements:

Master's degree in Architecture or a related field
Minimum of 5 years of experience in architectural project management
Registered with relevant professional architectural body minimum of 3 years
Proven experience managing large-scale projects especially in the Healthcare Sector.
Strong understanding of construction and architectural regulations
Excellent leadership and communication skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines
