Programme Finance Partner

Drive Financial Excellence Across MAS's Elevate Programme

MAS is seeking a Programme Finance Partner to provide strategic financial insight and governance across our multi-year Elevate transformation programme. You'll influence senior decision-making, ensure robust financial controls, and help drive value and benefits realisation across complex, multi-workstream projects.

This is a high-impact opportunity to join a programme that is transforming MAS. Your financial expertise will directly enable successful delivery, supporting our mission to enhance the financial health and wellbeing of our Members.

This is a 12-month fixed term opportunity.

What you'll do:

  • Lead budgeting, forecasting, and scenario modelling across programme and project portfolios
  • Partner with project and programme leaders to provide financial insight and challenge assumptions in business cases
  • Monitor financial performance, identify risks, and recommend mitigation strategies
  • Support governance forums with timely and accurate reporting and insights
  • Coach and mentor project finance leads to build organisational capability

What we're looking for:

  • CA/CPA qualified or equivalent; strong FP&A/project finance experience
  • 7+ years in senior finance roles, preferably in transformation, EPMO, or programme environments
  • Strong analytical skills and commercial acumen
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and influencing skills
