Programme Delivery Manager (location: England)

LHH For a leading client company in the Aerospace, Defense, and Security sectors, we are seeking a Programme Delivery Manager to be placed in their office in England. Responsibilities The resource will be responsible for: - Managing end-to-end programme delivery, ensuring compliance with time, cost, and quality requirements - Defining and governing programme WBS and Control Accounts - Monitoring physical and financial progress, managing risks, opportunities, and changes - Coordinating with various company functions according to the Governance model - Supporting bid activities, integrated planning, reporting, and closing of Control Accounts - Providing structured updates on programme status to internal stakeholders Profile Requirements: - Bachelor's degree (or equivalent experience) - 5-10 years of experience in complex Programme/Project Management roles - Professional certifications (PMP, PRINCE2, APM) - Solid leadership, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills - Knowledge of planning, cost control, and budgeting - Excellent Italian and English language skills - Availability for travel Location: ENGLAND #LI-MC11 «Candidates are invited to read the privacy information consultable below the form of request for data on the candidate page (EU Regulation n. 2016/679).
